Communication Communication is essential to the success of your child. We send a folder home each day with a communication form. This form is designed to give more specific information about your child's day. I hope you will find it helpful and informative. That folder helps us communicate with you and gives you a way of sending notes/letters to us. We check that
folder each day. We ask that you do the same. We also have a phone in our room. This is a great way to reach us. Our number is 704-487-9941 extension 211. You can call at anytime, but the best time to get full attention is when students are not in the room! That is before 8:00 and after 2:30. Your call may be directed to our voicemail. I will check voicemail throughout the day. If you need to make a change in your child's transportation, please talk with the office. I also love to communicate by email. My email is Sjwhisnant@clevelandcountyschools.org I am quick to respond to email. Please come by any chance you get. We love to show our work! Absences Good attendance essential to the progress your child will make this year. We know that sometimes an absence can not be helped. Please send a note with your child about the absence on the day they return to class. |
