Book: I love all books but some of my favorites are The Harry Potter Series and any book by Nicholas Sparks. My favorite children's book is Knuffle Bunny by Mo Willems.

A bit more about me...
I am Katie Cornwell the Title I Reading Teacher at James Love. I have lived in Cleveland County my whole life. I graduated from Burns High School in 2005 and continued my education at Appalachian State University where I got my degree in Elementary Education and graduated in 2009. I am currently working on my masters degree in Elementary Education at Appalachian. I also work as a Zumba Fitness Instructor after school. This is my third year teaching and I am very excited about what this year has in store.

Employed at James Love for 16 years.
I have worked in the Boss Lab as a reading teacher/tutor for 9 years. I received a Business Administration degree from Gardner Webb University,Business Computer Programming from Cleveland Community College and received my license in Elementary Education K-6 from Appalachian State University. I am currently working on my certification.
I love teaching children
because they are our future leaders!
