MRS. HAWKINS' DISCIPLINE PLAN
RAM Rules
The following is a description of the discipline plan we will follow this year. With your support, we will have a successful year.
Each child has a set of tickets in our classroom. If a student breaks a rule, they will be given a strike and the appropriate consequence will be implemented. If the student is on green he/she has had a great day and will be awarded a "Rambuck" that he/she will be able to use at a later time for a special reward that occurs each nine weeks. Located in the homework folder, you will find a parent/teacher communication log that we will use to communicate with each other throughout the year about your child. This is where you will find comments about behavior issues. If necessary I will send a note or call you for certain situations. Thank you for your support!
Rules
1.Enter at volume level 0.
2.Be prepared and follow directions.
3.Be honest and accept responsibility for your actions.
4.Remain on task and complete assignments.
5.Keep ALL areas clean.
Consequences
1. green- No strikes - great day
2. yellow- 1 strike - warning
3. blue- 2 strikes - silent lunch
4. orange- 3 strikes - contact parent
5. red- MIR (may result in office referral) (3 MIR's = office referral)
** Severe disruptions will result in immediate office referral.**
