 About Our Program
Our classroom is set up to be a safe, loving, accepting, and caring environment while at the same time providing certain well-defined exceptations for our children. Teaching methods vary with the individual needs of each child. Our classroom is divided into centers to allow for individual differences and preferences for play. All activites are planned with a purpose to better educate your child.
Important areas of development stressed in our preschool program are language, cognition, social/emotional and motor. Emphasis is placed on language and cognitive skill development.
We are also proud to offer state of the art Technology experiences to our Preschoolers! We have a Smart Table and a Smart Board, as well as computers for the children to use in our classroom. It is important to us to ensure that your child is ready for the 21st Century.
For young children learning takes place through play. Cleveland County Schools' preschool program for children evolves around learning through play in daily routines. Many hands-on activities that are relevant to each child's cognitive level are provided.
