Productive means being prepared for class, turning in assignments on time and complete, and participating in class appropriately.
Respectful means keeping hands, feet, objects, and unkind comments to yourself, returning materials to their proper place as you found them, and not creating disruptions or encouraging them.
Involved means following directions the first time they are given, knowing what is expected of you and doing what is expected at all times.
Determined means staying on task, raising your hand, and waiting to be called on before answering, putting forth your best effort in class, and encouraging others to learn.
Environment means keeping your area clean, respecting school property and that of others, being aware of your environment, knowing what is expected, and always making it one of learning.
Consequences:
Name on clipboard= warning & no stamp
1st check= intervention & no stamp
2nd check= intervention & no stamp
3rd check= office referral and no stamp
Some sample interventions are: call home, Before School Detention, After School Detention, Silent Lunch, move seat, journaling, parent conference (phone or face to face, individual or as team), Student/teacher conference, student contract, team conference with student, redirect, team time-out, contact coach, refer to a club, or guidance referral
