Vocabulary
It is important that your child understand certain Vocabulary words in each subject. It would be beneficial if you could study these words with your child each night until they understand their meaning
Language Arts
Capitalization - Using capital letters at the beginning of sentences, names, titles, specific places, initials, the pronoun I, and other times.
Subject - Who or what the sentence is about.
Predicate - What the subject is doing.
Noun - A person, place or thing.
Verb - The action in a sentence.
