REQUESTING A HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT
FORMER STUDENTS:
Please go online to www.clevelandcountyschools.org and click on "Online Student Records Request" near the bottom of the page on the left or you can go to the Patton Drive office and request one. The fee is $8.00.
CURRENT STUDENTS:
If you are 17 years of age or younger, please come by the guidance office and pick up a “Transcript Release Form”, have your parent sign it and bring it back to the guidance office to receive your transcript. A student who is 18 may sign for their own transcript.
PLEASE BE AWARE that students may send their transcripts electronically using their NC Wise number if they apply through the cfnc website.
