Parents, please note that we have a new policy regarding eating out at the picnic tables. Students can no longer take a friend to eat with them outside. This policy was adopted for the safety of our students. Thanks so much for your understanding.
Please make sure that your child wears tennis shoes to school on Monday and Thursday. All students must be wearing the proper shoes to participate in PE!!
Responsibity is the key to success in Fifth Grade!! This is the final year of elementary school and we are on the bridge to Middle School. The habits your child picks up now will stick with them for the rest of their lives. It is so important that good study habits and organization be stressed in 5th Grade! With that in mind, I expect my students to come to school prepared to cooperate and learn each day. I have high expectations for the students in my classroom. I know that every child in our class deserves a chance to learn and that everyone of my students can learn if given the right opportunity. It is my job to ensure that each and every child in my classroom reaches their greatest potential this school year. I will accomplish that by; making sure that I plan top-quality lessons, be prepared and ready to teach everyday and
provide an environment that is conducive to learning. Together, we can ensure that everyone is afforded the opportunity to grow and learn!
