Title I programs strive to see that No Child is Left Behind
The Goals of Title I:
- Provide a high quality education for EVERY child
- Provide programs that offer extra academic help for those students who need it the most
- To increase Parent Involvement
Title I Schools Work to:
- Identify students who are most in need of educational help
- Set goals for academic improvement
- Measure student progress using North Carolina State Standards and the State’s Title I Plan
- Develop programs that work with and add to classroom instruction
- Involve parents in all aspects of our program
